Mosiac/Gradient/Weave Background
Open a New Transparent Image 400x400
you can resize later.
1. Go to the Color Palette...click on the Gradient button.
Style ..Linear
Angle 90..repeat 3
Find a Gradient you like and flood fill the transparent image
2. Go to Effects...Texture....Mosiac Antique
the setting ..see screenshot
3....Go to Effects.....Textures..Weave

You can now resize
